Download the full client from user.wartale.com and extact the .rar file into a brand new folder.

Enter your email address, press accept, click request download link. Open your email service that you requested the link to be sent to and click the link, then press download. There is no payment needed to download the game.

thanks for your help sir but the files dont have any problem i think in my case the anti virus is the problem anyway thanks again for helping me i appreciate your effort

Yea that is what I originally said. You have to add game.exe (from the folder where you installed WarTale to) to your exceptions list in your firewall/anti-virus settings. The game will launch then. Make sure you right click launcher.exe, click properties, compatibility, and at the bottom check the box that says run this program as an administrator.
