I wonder if ur axe is the unique 108 item droped by normal mob. Im almost sure of that. I've been played in ct3 more than everyone else in our server, never have been droped even a 106 weapon or armor from normal mob.

 

I really expect that after maint when drop rate change,  we really can be able to drop good items..
