Yes, shaman can upar and easy hunt being level high.

Another question, i'm 112 and phatom call and spirutual flare have 30% dmg bonus against demons, if a train anyone of these two skill they will become stronger than phantom  nail againts demons type mobs?

Phantom Call is perfect for killing demons, most Shaman's use the skill as main solo exp skill while Phantom Nail is more for parties (ct3, DiQ, basically any ranger-tanker party). You can easily get both up to lv 10

which skill is better: phantom nail (190%dmg) or press deity (270%dmg)?
