i dont mind many of the skill changes but delaying expansion that sucks i use that skill as my main mob killer

because tornado has suckie damage as to expansion

 

anyone else please respond to this if u wanna

The skill is way powerful, adding delay will help balancing it

TORNADO is not that bad on killing since level 10 at 55% DMG
