can't download the game

I went to the account panel >> logged in >> downloads >> full game >> in the file hosting website I entered my email and checked the terms of service box.

it said that an email has been sent succesfully but I got nothing... I double checked that I entered the right email and tried again, nothing..

 

never mind it went into my spam box... 

 

is it suppose to be at a maximum download speed of 30kb/s?
