My stores aren't showing up in the app; I receive messages from PMs, but I can't reply within the app because nothing appears there.

How to connect a store to the app

 

1- In your personal store click on the "Link App" button.
2 - In the app, access the side menu and tap on the "Personal Shop" option.
3 - On the next screen, tap the QR Code icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
4 - Allow the app to use your camera.
5 - Scan the code that is being displayed in the game.
6 - Insert the code generated by the app into the game.
7 - The game will show confirmation of successful connection.

 

Hello bro, im using android with your app. Just recently i received notifications from other players offline shops. Just notifications but i cant open the message. Is it some kind of bug?

With the new update, I can no longer log in to one account and link all of my personal shops to it. The only way it works right now is to log in separately to each account, link the shop in the app, log out, log in with the second account, link it, and so on.

 

Is this how it is supposed to work from now on, or is it just a bug?

 

Also login function is malfunctioning - sometimes I cannot login "wrong credentials" even when I'm sure the credentials are correct and It is not saving credentials to password management on iOS, so there is no quick login available

Now we just need multiple accounts logged in at the same time and Warehouse management in the app.

 

Letting us search all of our accounts warehouses at the same time for the item we want, and if you want to get fancy, move items between accounts like that. Although just being able to search/see them would be really really amazing.

Are you serious? 

Are you comparing manually adding all your items in all of your accounts/warehouse tabs to Excel and manually moving them around logging multiple accounts to being able to see everything, search and move them in the app? That is how Destiny 2 Companion App used to work, you could move gear between stash and characters inventories with the app in your phone.

 

Of course I do have an excel sheet with all my accounts and a general description of what they have, but that is not optimal use of time, especially when you have too many items and accounts stashed away.

I think they are working on this for now.

Its suppose to be able to login one account and link all other accounts.

Da pra você pedir para colocar pelo app.
Loga no app e clica nas 3 barras e após isso clica no canto superior esquerdo no seu nome, nisso abre teu painel do usuário, lá tem umas opções de parceiros e você preenche oq pede lá, mas não sei se é assim que coloca teu canal para aparecer no app.. mas vale apena tentar.

If you are using iOS 27, the fix has already been submitted we are just waiting for Apple to approve it

The app is displaying the wrong time for the HG notification; the notification arrives without the timestamp of when it was sent, which was the reference point used to know when to go to the HG—they all appear as if they were from no time 1/1/2026.
