Can a non-shield build  640 HP Priest lv 116 grind at MD1 w/o using any Pots in almost 4 minutes (Even STM pots)

it is impossible to spam skills for 4 minutes w/o potting mana or stamina so yea if what you say is true then she was using regen hack.

It's impossible because stm don't regen if you're attacking

unless, of course, if you atack-> stand-> atack->stand

with a lv 1 skill, for example divine lightning, that consumes low mp/stm. also, if you have some good regen itens, like valento/kel/ DS with good mix, you can almost kill with a non-stop cast, like 2 seg stand and regen all the stm/mp

 

maybe(probably) isn't the situation here

It's not really smart to do that, unless you're leaving your char AFk
