is there a way to change spec of a weapon/armor

i knw with jeras...but does a merchant sell them? or the lower lvl equivalents? or are they donator only? how does one get them? also, what would be the easiest way to train a skill? are there any items for all classes that have magic APT 100 on them?

Atlantis Town sells Gyfus and Nieds if I remember correctly. Jeras can't be bought in any NPC.

There are Red Skill Crystals (skill training x2 faster), Cyan Skill Crystals (skill training x4 faster) and Purple Skill Crystals (instant 100% on all skills). Purple Skills can only be donated. The others can be dropped ingame.

yes, it gives random spec, u need to have alot of gold to be able to get the special u want or u can get very lucky
