Maybe you get an doubled quest item? some rumors apearing after we need to re-do some quests. The system coould understand that you 'dupped" itens (hack) so you got ban.

Possible chance that you made duplicated items? I noticed that some people had lagg and accidentally produced duplicated items. If this happened then the system autobans you.

Not saying this is what happened, just throwing suggestions out in the open lol.

You may have been auto banned, and that can be many things.

 

Wait until Mercury or ContasAndItens check the logs.
