So i wasn't playing for a while and i'm little lost. I'm not really sure about how to use some items for example:
fallen star
sacred star
Hopy wings
And :
can mokova only drop its boots?
how to get caravan?
How can i exchange my coin tickets for coins
Is there anything else i should know about?

I just started playing yday, after like 2 years break, but i can answer some of those!

Fallen star can be made into sacred star.
Sacred star gives a but that lasts for 3 hours.

Caravan is a "drop" from summer girl iirc.
Tickets are exchanged at summer girl.
I believe a couple of years ago they changed the drop from mokova to only drop boots? Not too sure :P

Fallen stars are needed to create sacred stars from sacred leafs

U can also use them to create superjera/dagaz etc. which are needed to use the base-, spec- and requ stones

Fallen stars fall from the sky in the morion maps

 

And Mokovian is the only one who drops the boots

4 Sacred Leaves + 1 Fallen Star = 1 Sacred Star at Master Arad in Phillai

Sacred Star grants you a random buff, 5% extra attack rating or 5% extra defense rating, both last for 3 hours.

 

Hopy Wings are part of a event where you trade hopy items for rewards.

 

You can get caravans from Hell's Gate, Lucky Box, buying from coin shop or from players.

I think you can also get caravan rudolf as a reward from the xmas event.*

 

Like Sheepco said, you can exchange 25 coin tickets for 25 coins by talking with the Summer Girl in Ricarten town.

 

Mokova boots are dropped only by the Lost Temple map boss, Mokovian.*
