Image NOT show up

I have this problem for long time already!
That I have may xmas axe permanent + 22 , and it is was lost by some reasons that I don't know! However, GM already recovered it for me, but after that, when I ware it again its image does not show up to outsize like its normal any more, event  I tried many time to reinstall the game, this problems is still exists!

Any one can give me the suggestions or GM please help me
