summons in high lvl places

why do people always kill my summons in ET1 and ET2. Does summoning monsters to help tank lower my item drop rates? because i'm still having no luck with any drops over lvl 100 lol pretty unluck and sad at the same time LOL

Because it makes mobs not spawn. But is it allowed to kill other people's crys on purpose? If I report,will they be punished?

Yes, you can report them and get them banned.
