How to enable clan note?

i created Kangaroo clan with the note "We ride kangaroo, what do you ride?"

but a quiet long time has passed, my clan still shows "New Clan" when i click on my members.

 

I want to enable my clan note, can anyone help me on this kind of issue?

clan note appears on realmpt website when u log in, but ingame we only see "New clan"
