Better use brac 132 or 106 for agility points?

 

 

Better mix for brac, dexterity or vitality?

You can have both, a 106 brac is very cheap.

As for mixing, Attack Rating (Dexterity) is the best overall. But if you're into AoE gameplay (like only exping on Exp Maps or Party Quest, nothing else), Vitality could be a good choice. But Vitality Mix has little sell value.
