New Crown? Help me

Hello everyone, I would like to ask how could I get the new crown for my char? I have a different crown from tier 5, I wonder if there's any way to get this MS crown left.

You can go in the city of atlantis and look for npc hairstyle, In it there is a kind of portion in which you change the headbridger of your character (not sure about this name).
