Yo! ano na nangyari sainyo kahit ba naman dito dala nyo pa rin pagiging " Crab Mentality " nyo. Hayaan na lang natin kung sino gusto mag apply. Ito na yung sinasabi ko na isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit di tayo mapag-isa. Sa akin lang kung sino man yung mapiling FilMOD siguradohin mo kaya mo, alam mo kung ano responsibilidad na haharapin mo. Mahirap yung basta magkapangalan lang. Wala akong pinatatamaan sa akin lang against talaga ako sa Filipino Section. Alam nyo naman sigoro na kahit 7 years old dito sa pinas alam Bumasa , Sumolat at magsalita nang englis. So para saan pa ? diba ?

 

One day sana maka balik ako sa PT world, Mahirap signal dito sa bukid kailangan mong lumapit sa satellite para mag ka signal.

"Crab Mentality" reigns mostly the mind of those who are immature..we only think about the state of being scattered, short-sightedness, and none constructive things rather that unified, long-term and constructive things.if we keep on living our life thinking that "If i can not have it, neither should you!", we are all going to fail.our very country is an example, why can't we see it?or are we blind or pretending to be??this clan unification will go nowhere if we always think like this.i say to those who still have hope in making an ALL PINOY CLAN, let the hope grow larger!...let our camaraderie bloom!...let it become stronger!...let the virtue of RESPECT dominate!...let it crush those who try to diminish its power!let it eradicate those who think they are the only own capable of leading!...and for those who hold grudges and wanted to oppose our hopes in making a STRONG and MATURE ALL PINOY CLAN,...i say to u, STFU!...because u only care for yourself not for the betterment of our plans!and stay out of our way!!!

pre,gud noon..naiintindhan ko point mo.likas n matatalino mga pinoy.. ;D. pero d b mas madaling intindihin ng nakakaraming pinoy ung sarili nating wika?at mas naffeel ntin ung mga salita kapag ito ay sa tagalog..my mga expression/salita tau n walang eksaktong katumbas s english.isa pang example pre, sa tingin mo pre bakit tagalog ung pgkakasulat mo s thread n ito?kac unconsciously, s utak ntin, kahit kaya ntin magsalita ng english, mas mararamdaman at mas naaabsorb ntin ung sarili nting salita..d b pagminura tau in english eh prang baliwala lng...pero try ntin n mamura in tagalog eh cgurado taung magagalit...ung ang isa pang point pre kya gagawa ng  Filipino Board...we should be thankful thatwtTeam is doing this..it means they wanted to give us freedom to speak our language in our own Sub-Forum.because they know that native language transcends more than foreign language...

and u reopened ur thread ([Filipino Topic Only]) for a while just for u to delete ur trash talk then lock it again after???why? u realized ur words are to offensive and afraid the evaluators might not pick u because of what u have said?don't worry.i have a copy of those..

i dont know about red..pero parang na sobrahan ang lipad..

 

in the past few days i totally agree to red that he should be the mod the CM of the new clan of Filipino all of a sudden when GM's post that application i was wrong about red..

I do follow everything thats going on here at the forums and everything of what I read is a part of my evaluation.

Moderator is a position that requires good communicating skills, neutralness and also it's very important to keep calm in most situations. Being neutral as a moderator I would say is one of the most important things. Many people have the knowledge about how to lock/move/edit topics/post and enforce the rules of the forums but some of those might still not be fit for being a moderator because maybe they are "too tight" with the community, which would make it difficult to be neutral etc.

 

I know that Redstar made a lot for the filipino community but there are more things toe evaluate. We need to be sure that we pick someone we can trust and will keep up the good reputation our staff members has.
