Edgardo 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2011 Man sometimes i can remember my dreams or have kinda lucid ones. Every time i could remember a dream or have a lucid one, it seems everything is twisted, and they are not good at all. so i'm afraid doing that, but good luck for the brave ones who will try... Haven 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2011 If a lucid dream is executed correctly, one is conscious, and dreaming, but also cannot move. Being in sleep paralysis can be frightening. I haven't tried it, I have friends who have done it on purpose, and others who have woken up in sleep paralysis accidentally.
