We always assess the case and then draw a conclusion, so you can't really make list.

^indeed, tough make the rules more clear for some kids, like people who are making racist comments all the time to certain people those should be punished. someone swearing at a kser, well thats seems fair? lol.

It's all about excess. If you constantly use bad language, racist comments etc etc. then you will obviously get a ban. A few times out of frustration/understandable circumstances then its fine.
