Dark Gaya Armor - Question

I Have Ats lv 82, she's already at tier 5... but i would like to craft the gaya armor, is it still possible to do so even without the tier 5 quest?
When i reached lv 80 i kinda ''jumped'' the tier 5 quest somehow.

The tier quests are disabled for now , it mean , you rank up automatically after reach the determined level.

Have to wait until the bug is fixed.

I've just disovered that the items for the black gaya armor are obtainable on their respective maps... So even without the quest it's possible to craft it! Thx
