In the past was 9

 

Level difference with monster	EXP gained
0 ~ 9	100%
10 ~ 14	75%
15 ~ 19	50%
20+

Well that's what i want to know, since the difference for party quest and daily  change, exp map should be change as well.

I don´t tested in game yet.
