@dudus2edmara We never delete any topics in the support boards unless the user has created multiple topics regarding the same case in many different boards. Which this is considered as spam and obviously we will only answer to one topic and delete all the other topics regarding the same case that has already been answered.

 

 

@chrii, you reported someone for using crystals inside Hell's Gate, the only thing we could've done was tell you to read the rules seeing that you obviously didn't read them if you're reporting someone for actually using some of their own supplies to contribute to killing the monsters inside Hell's Gate faster.

 

@kamuynoturno, you reported someone for expelling you from a party. Go read our rules and show us the line where it states that the leader of a party cannot expel anyone he/she desires.

This is simply common sense as to why it exists a leader of a party in the first place, so that he/she can lead it and make all the decisions when it comes to expelling or adding members, otherwise there would be no leaders in parties. If it was illegal to expel someone from a party, then what would be the point of having this option in parties if players couldn't make use of it?

Anyway, if it makes you feel any better, the person who expelled you from the party took the liberty to apologise, even though there was no obligation to do so. Here it is:

@Geovane feel free to translate this if there's any other questions to why their topics were deleted. They don't read or follow the rules that they agreed to when they first registered their in-game and forum accounts and then they wonder why certain things happen that only people who read the rules can reply.
