Respec Phantom Armor

Hiie guys, I've a doubt, if I do a simple respec in a Phantom Armor with perf stats/requeriments can I lose all or it'll only change the spec? I've this doubt because with Summer and Succubus only changed the spec

Phantom Armor or Robe always have perfect stats, even respec =)
