Newby question

I'm newby to this game and the highest lvl armory found on NPC was 6x on Navisko... Is there any other NPC that sell higher lvl gears?

try atlantis and mystery deserts.

Atlantis is the best bet. You can go there with a core, or from the docks at Ricarten. Costs 10k gold i think for one way trip. When you get to 110 you can get lvl 100 gear in the mystery deserts, or ask someone to go buy you items from the shops.
