All the weapon stats are based on level 102 ept weapon stats (level 102 in ePT = level 103 on rPT), you can look official ept site for reference.

If things get changed its best if it get done as soon as possible.

Because there will be already items ingame with current stats if you wait too long with it. That will make old items too good, so worth alot. Or it will make old items too bad, so worth nothing.

I don't really know if the stats are good now, but I think sandurr knows what he's doing. He has most experience with balancing shit on pristontale of anyone in this community.
