cant log in..

Hello Ive created a new account and downloaded the installer
and install it... 

in the game log in screen it tells that incorrect password 
and in the website i can log it in. I have tried my email add 
and the display name but still not working.

did I just missed something or what? .

Did you login with ingame game account or forum account because they are difference?

 

The game account is created via Account Panel on the right panel of forum

but where do i have to create an account for game?

 You have to create a game account through this link: https://user.wartale.com/

Which can be found as -Linh- said, on the right side of the forums main page under "Game Links".
