Godly shield?

Hi,just wanna ask if i used the godly shield skill using a sword & a shield,and change it to a two-handed sword.Does the block rate & abs still apply?

As far as i know, it was fixed (actually shield skill with two hands is a bug).

Look in patch session under announcements
