Personally I don't think it's great, rather boring and like you said you just added Realm and changed the default item images.

However, if this floats your boat I'd say lower the opacity of the word Realm. Text in the Invent slots can get annoying.

BMP patcher allows u to see it in the folder and use in photoshop ( or any editing program )

Nice edit,BUT u can do better then that
