Xmas event

What is wrong with it?  first the town and mobs show up but the npcs do not. Now the npcs are there but the town and mobs are gone but also Rudolf says he gives a costume but he took my craft items and there was no costume in my inventory. Is this all bugged right now?

Xmas event is temporarily off now for some reason, GM says it will be re-open at December 10.
