Babel quest

Can anyone explain me how it works? How can you get the horn? I have been trying to get it on a mage for ages now, my mage can't kill Babel alone (he's lvl 101) so i tried to hit and run while someone was killing it or even tried to get the final hits to kill him but nothing has worked so far. I even tried to bring babel to very low hp on my fighter and then quickly use the mage to finish him off but still, no horn...

 

This quest will soon be kinda useless (2 billion exp is nice, when you are 9x, but if you do it when you are 110 that doesn't help much)... I remember i did it on my fighter when he was like 100 or something but could kill babel solo.

 

Can anyone explain what the deal with the horn is please?

Sometimes you get the horn, sometimes you don't. It's about luck

You should do at least damage to the half Babel's HP. And as Gogg said, sometimes you got the horn, sometimes not =).
