Gift of New Year

On December 31st, I placed my Xmas tree cause in game I saw a message saying to put it before 1 am Server Time and I would gain a SPECIAL GIFT NEW YEAR (Something like this). That's what I did.
Yesterday I noticed that I didn't receive anything and the message changed to January 1st, ok then, I put it again (before 1AM Server Time)

Today, I didn't receive anything again and those messages disappeared. Was it troll or something?

if it was a troll it was a Troll by the GM's because i didnt get anything for either day either ; /

It is not a bug, the delivery of present was delayed and it was sent out on 2nd of January.

That's what I said on the topic, I didn't receive it, and you can check on your systems that placed the tree before 1 AM on January 1st...

That is what I said as well, it was delayed. The tree only last 24 hours, so if you didn't place it again on the 2nd, you won't getting it.

Do you think that I had received it, I would have started this topic? But if you're saying that Everything was delivered, who am I to argue, is that right? As a player, what I can do is just record the incident here in the forum. Happy New Year.
