Tier Quests Available or not

Im a new player, starting today. When i press Q says temporary unavailible.

This means i cant tier up  ?

ALL QUEST AVAILABLE, BUT Q IS NOT WORKING !

Hi there,

 

The quest windows is still under development hence why it is temporary unavailable. You still do all the quest normally by using our game guide.
