Tier 5 skills re-buffing

I've noticed that tier 5 skills don't allow to re-buff like previous tiers, we have to cancel the current buff to use the spell again. I'm not sure if that's meant to be like that but it would be more handy if it worked like previous tiers.

I have to moved your topic to this area since it has nothing to do with bug. Not all skills can be re-buff
