Are there Updated Mage guides?

Are there any updated mage guides out there? I see some guides but they are over a year or 2 year old. Are they still useful?

Can someone give me a build for high levels:

-Leveling / Exping  (what stats and skills to use)

-Hunting  (what stats and skills to use)

hunting and exping the same skills and stats: max stone strike, spirit elemental, fifi (for tank in hunting), magic source, energy shield...

stats: enough to wear gear, base health, max spirit.
