Runes Doubt

Hi all,

 

I have a doubt, can i change the spec of an aged item with runes or just with spec stone? Also, can i change the base stats with age?

u cant change spec with the yellow rune - Spec Rune - you need to use those class runes to do that, and again, no. you can only change stats of an item if it's clean :)
