HELL SET OR SET 136 FOR MGS ?

Which setup would be more appropriate for a Magician?
SET 136 or HELL?
Because? What is your own experience?

Use bracelet and boot 136 - speed is not very important and critical multiplier is to joke for mage (only 5-10% more, not worth it)

gauntlet hell - the extra damage is nice.
