Perda de item

Olá.

Gostaria de relatar a perda de uma gravity stone.
Havia achado um player para compra-la.
Porem após pega-la no armazem e ir até o distribuir para efetuar a troca, percebi que não consegui mais mecher nenhum item do meu inventario.
Utilizei a tecla Y algumas vezes para ver se não estava trancado porem o problema persistiu.
Decidi então relogar. Ao relogar fiquei cerca de 1 minuto conectado porem não carrega as informações do personagem, como por exemplo os pots, as skill(como se eu fosse tier 1).
Reloguei novamente, desta vez informava que minha conta estava onlime.
Loguei em mula outra conta e vi que o personagem não estava mais online.
Ao efetuei o loggin novamente percebi que a gravity stone não estava mais em meu inventario.
Isto ocorreu a cerca de 3,4 horas atrás.

• What happened – I was going to sell a Gravity Stone, so I went to the Warehouse Kepper to get it, but, after getting it form the WH I was going to the Distributor and I realised I couldn't get items from Inventory anymore, I even tried press Y guessing it was "locked" but it was not the case , so I decided to relog. After relogging, when the when character showed up in the screen nothing loaded, no items, no characters, nothing, so I relogged again, and my Gravity Stone was lost.
