Equips to Pure Build?

Hello i want a Shaman 13x with pure build , when i say pure i want to mean only basic status in agility,talent ans str...

There is any boots,brecelets i can equips with low status? Maybe mokovian boots? others?

i am 13x and i want a ss to sod only.

*robe is not problem i can use a robe 132, the problem is the set...and i cant modify more the status but i want better itens.

**atk power is much more than this, i changed weapon in a mistake xD , my dmg max is 1045
