Can't click the loot on the ground

I can't for the life of me click all the loot that is on the ground.

How to loot when there's a billion mobs over it

How to make it show the loot name?

Also is there any way to go through mobs/people? Is horrible to keep being blocked all the time

Use Filter Function of game => press f10 , general tab , scroll down u will see all option u want to see , but (check Enable filter first) . after that . u can see the item which u want to loot . about go through mobs / people => No way . 

 

*NEVER CLICK ENABLE FILTER SPEC JUST ONE LEFT COLUMN

Adding more in the subject...

Keep pressing the button "A" to click in the items on the ground, that so you can catch the items without attack the monsters.
