i just play back this game yesterday after few months of stopping. how do i go to atlantis town? and how to check which quest i've done and not?

You can use an Atlantis Core or the NPC Old Wise Man, located in Ricarten (just for lvl100- and lvl100+ who completed the quest Duty of Atlantis)
