I found this odd player wearing a shining and glowing female armor yesterday, what armor is that? Is this a 14x armor? ?

Does this mean anyone could get this armor? How much donation is required and what's the stats of this armor? ?
Also, that hairstyle seem rare, I can't find it in the Atlantis Hair potion shop, is that also by donation?

you cant choice this hair for now because you cannot create account ingame only in account panel ?
