BOM MP Mix or HP Mix for 120 Claw

I can't age, b/c i'm not high enough lvl, but between BOM MP or HP Mix which do you prefer?

PVP and Hunt for now. The mixing formulas page isn't up, but the MP +30 is 1% critical more than the +30 HP mix.

Should i go with the MP +70 for that extra 50 def?

Should i go with AR +110 instead of the HP +25?
