UP 120 to 132

Hello,

I started playing Shamam this week, i'd like to know what skill is better to exping (only) from 120 to 132, Phantom Nail or Press Deity, could you help me guys?

Another question, whats the better situation to cast Phantom Call?

I always used phantom call with auto click in the center of HS, i just used phantom nail to reach the rangers.(because press deity has a very high delay)
But it was 2 years ago i dont know if they change something on the press deity

I suggest to you buy an PRS and use both on HS, PRS catching  rangers and SS with phantom nail on the middle. PRS + SS  in thoses exp map are the best combination
