Just wanted to know about archer Dion skill.

I was wondering if Dion's eye might have spelled it wrong,is bugged over here or not?i came from a server where it was bugged so there was no point in outting any skill points in accept lvl 1 pre req to get other skills,or i should say putting 1 point into it so that your other skills open up,so what i'm getting at is i just want to know if that skill is bugged on this server?

The skill should add % atk rate of your bow, so lets say at lv 10 it adds 100% and your bow has 300 atk rate, with dions eye lvl 10 it will give you 600 attack rate total (Skill + Bow), and at level 1 will give you 330 (Skill + Bow)

if you really want Atk Rate go for Scout Hawk, greater AR boost, but I would only use points on these skills when I have nothing else to increase.

Dions Eye won't help you, it's a waste of points.

lvl 115 bow has 170 AR, so extra 170 AR for 9 skill points - is a waste.

archers will miss without ATR, 9 skill points for 170 + lv ATR is a waste, but ATR is very essential for archers and any class that isn't a mage/prs/spark mech.

Dion's Eye & Scout Hawk are really not a necessity at all. Agi and Lv/ boosts give high enough ATR already. I don't have either of the skills above lvl 1 and I have over 3k ATR. If you're PvPing it may be worth to add a few points into one of the 2 skills, but I don't see fit any reason to max it ASAP because it's not hugely needed, there are other skills which I'd rather invest in first.
