cant login

Hi im from america and i have beloved chars on this site.and wanted to reive the experience.is there a maintenance going on cause.it does not say im using wrong id or password but does not let me in.i deleted all old games versions and installed fresh but i cant get in at all.why is this?

no not forum id this id and pass,,,and im using windows 7

 

 

i keep getting version 5018 it does not want to update

 

 

the patch system is not working im about to give up
