Actually be fair in this game?

I myself play this game to be fun,also decided to offer to you to own the beautiful furniture.Yet suddenly my account was banned due to cheating in the game! I've posted many want to ask the reason why I said cheating but you answered every question "fraud" and said no more at all! Of course I knew when I was banned because of this reason is, you just say a sentence such that the members have to accept as we do? You wrong, we need a clearer explanation for this is not true that! Expect you to work more enthusiastically. I did nothing wrong with the rules that you give why I am banned.

I am waiting for your answer!

I'm afraid this is not true.

Honestly I never ever traded hack gold with any gamer/ account in Pt. I know the common trend now is hacking gold, but I promiss I never do it, even trading a huge amount of gold ( only under 50 kk for each donation) because I'm always try to get away from being banned account in Pt. Therefore I often buy and sell small amount of gold to be safer. I've tried my best, however now you said that my acc was banned because

having donation with hacking gold on other accs. Moreover, when playing game we can not play without any transaction among gamers. SO how

can I know wheather these small gold that I dealed was real gold or hack gold? If have, I think I am just a victim of hacking gold of other

gammers. Furthermore, banning my account is really a hard punishment for me.  Would you mind checking again and sending me the detail report of the hacking gold donation? If your game company do not have suitable explaination with clear reports, I have a right to require you to unban my account.

These are the reasons why in recent days I m trying to notice that all of the explainations which you and your colleges have gave me are

totally not true.
