If you're under level 100, you have to buy it from the Stone Collector in Atlantis Town. If you're above level 100, you can hunt the rock in Kelvezu Cave by killing the Magma Golem.

 

You can also hunt the Energy Flower by killing Vampiric Bats in Mushroom Cave and Endurance Elixirs by killing the Beetle in Acasia Forest beach.
