Spark Shield Damage

Hello,

Excuse me, is the damagr reflected to the enemy is based okn the damage of my spark or of the mosnters themselves?

 

I read on the website and  it seems to be on the spark damage but then when in game, it appears to be on the monsters'.

Can anyone answer me please?
