Quest exp and 3rd eye buff

Hi all, does anyone know where can i find the quest that gives exp and 3rd eye buffs ?

Does them still exist ?

There is no quest for those buff. New user getting this as once off when they hit certain level.

If my memory doesn't fail me, you get Exp Potion 48 Hours on Level 100, and Third Eye 48 Hours on 110.

It would be interesting that this third eye be given at level 128

It given at any level via HG and Coin Shop ^_^

Yes, but I am referring to the one acquired at level 110. Basically this third eye is wasted because it's only worth hunting at level 128.
