Phoenix Shot lower ATK POW

Hello,

I recently (today) noticed Phoenix Shot is hitting 159% when it used to be 176% since always in this priston. I want to remind you that it was nerfed around new year allowing it to fail and be defended. 

Im kind of confused, when was this done?  People said they had some issues with it on Bless Castle, no damage, trouble to make damage with it, in hand with Hawk rtg not working, etc

Is it part of project Zeus? If so, it was unsaid.

Archer was completely dominating the game last year. Siege War and PvP was completely dominated by Archer, due to many reasons. While still being a good and easy to exploit PvE killer.

1- Insane AoE damage with Perforation Crits, where AoE never misses.
2- Low penalty on Attack Rating and higher Evasion chance on Phoenix Speed
3- This absurd damage boost on Phoenix Shot

The server suffered many months of Archer dominance, but then we got heard and she got some nerfs.

Current Archer doesn't got any kind of nerfs in Project Zeus. The only issue is Scout Hawk, that seems to be bugged.It adds a massive (and dependant) Attack Rating buff, so, if using Phoenix Speed while Scout Hawk Attack Rating is missing, it is expected for almost every hit of Archer to be defended.

Archer only got improvments, but needs a fix on this bug.

Hmm Im still in doubt, I know defense/fail chance of phoenix was changed there, my main question is about its %pow which I just noticed and some people too
