How much for 140 equipment clean, DNT and BSOL? It seems the price varies quite a bit.

Depends on how many are on the market.  I got my 140 wand, perfect with best sol mix for 1500c plus 5 gold bars, 2 sheep hats, and 3 sapphires.  I think I overpaid when the original asking price was 2kc but it was the only one out there and I needed it desperately.
